5 Days of Breakfast!

Breakfast is by far my favourite meal of the day. I literally feel so much better and HUGE pep is put in my step when I take the time to make myself a great breakie! Lets also be super real here.... There is only 5 days because I like to keep my weekends a bit more flexible! Brunches, events and all sorts can happen on the weekend so this is my Monday - Friday, Post work out, Pre work breakfasts!
A lot of the time I am very into meal repetition, I find it keeps me on track. However some days I crave something different and something super tasty. So I figured I would share a typical weekday breakfast... All balanced, healthy, tasty and time efficient!
Friday I made a little more substantial, I knew I had a big day ahead and may not have been able to eat lunch so I pumped it up a bit more and made sure I had some almonds on me and plenty of water through the day!

Note: Soft boiled eggs I always cook for 6 min in boiling water! Toast is always Gluten Free or Rye. I LOVE the Bodhi's Bakehouse Wupper Rye is my favourite! www.bodhi.com.au will have all the stockists!

4 x cooked mushrooms
1 x toast cut into croutons
1 x 1/4 avocado
1 x soft boiled egg
Balsamic Glaze

Tuesday

Ingredients
1 x toast
1 x 1/2 avocado mashed
1 x soft boiled egg
1 x handful wilted spinach
Cheeky chunks of feta
Parsley from the garden
EVOO
Salt and pepper
Wednesday

Ingredients
2 x eggs
2 x cooked mushrooms
2 x cherry tomatos
1 x handful wilted spinach
2 x sliced ham
Cheeky sprinkle of cheese
Salt and pepper
Thursday

Ingredients
1 x toast
1 x boiled egg
1 x 1/2 avocado
Parsley from the garden
EVOO Salt and pepper
Friday

Ingredients
2 x eggs scrambled
2 x cooked mushrooms
1 x handful wilted spinach
1 x toast
1 x 1/2 avocado
EVOO
Salt and pepper
